感應(ying)調壓(ya)器是利用(yong)電磁感應(ying)原理將初(chu)級電能通過磁場(chang)感應(ying)饋送到(dao)次級,又通過改(gai)變定(ding)轉子繞組軸線相對(dui)角(jiao)位移和一定(ding)的(de)(de)聯(lian)接方式,使次級負載(zai)電壓(ya)能在帶電狀(zhuang)態(tai)下并在較大的(de)(de)范圍(wei)內得到(dao)平滑無級連續調節的(de)(de)電器產(chan)品。
感應調壓(ya)器能在(zai)帶負荷情況下,無級、平滑、連續地(di)調節輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。主要用(yong)于電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器試驗、電(dian)(dian)(dian)爐控溫、整(zheng)流設備(bei)配(pei)套、發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)勵(li)磁(ci)等,在(zai)機(ji)械制造(zao)、化工、紡織、通訊、實驗室(shi)、船舶制造(zao)業、農業、國防、軍工等行業作為調節電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)通用(yong)設備(bei)。。
油浸自冷(leng)感(gan)應(ying)調壓(ya)器(qi),是電機試驗用(yong)感(gan)應(ying)調壓(ya)口器(qi)。
該系(xi)列采(cai)用了(le)“斜(xie)槽定子(zi)鐵心”
“斜成(cheng)形定子線圈(quan)”新工藝(yi),使輸出電壓波形畸變小(xiao),達到了(le)(le)IEC對(dui)電機試驗(yan)電源標準的(de)要求,產品的(de)突加過(guo)負荷能力大,效率高,為電機行業(ye)提供了(le)(le)新型試驗(yan)電源。
在(zai)下列條件下,產品能長期(qi)連續運行。1.海拔高度不超過1000米;
2.周圍介質溫(wen)度(du)不高(gao)于(yu)+40℃不低于(yu)-25℃;
3.空氣(qi)相對(dui)濕度不(bu)超過(guo)85℅;
4.不含有化(hua)學腐蝕性氣休及(ji)蒸汽(qi)的環境中;
5.無爆(bao)炸(zha)危險(xian)的(de)氣體(ti)環境中;
6.本產(chan)品的(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)升(sheng)(sheng)標準為(wei):油(you)面溫(wen)(wen)(wen)升(sheng)(sheng)55,℃(在周圍介(jie)質溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度為(wei)40℃時(shi),油(you)面最(zui)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度不允許(xu)超過95℃),繞組(zu)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)升(sheng)(sheng)65℃,鐵心溫(wen)(wen)(wen)升(sheng)(sheng)80℃。
